Cancellation & Return Policy

In order to book Wedding Tales Santorini Planners to organize your wedding or event, kindly note that:

In order to secure your wedding date, we kindly ask for a deposit. This amount will be deducted from your wedding package to be quoted by the planners. This deposit is non-refundable.

The payment of the amount mentioned above can be made:

• directly to our bank account
• through PayPal with an extra charge of 5% (handling fee) of the total amount
• by credit card

Two (2) days prior the wedding/event day the planners must receive the payment of the total pending amount of the final quote agreed with them.

In case you decide to have a civil wedding, please note that you will have to come to Santorini at least two (2) days before the wedding and you will need to stay one (1) business day after the wedding in order for you to sign the papers at the town hall. Regarding the legal papers that you will require, the planners will send you a list of what is necessary and you must send them to the planners by email one (1) month before the wedding.

The final number of guests must be sent to the planners at least fifty (50) days before the wedding/event day. In case the final number of guests are higher or lower than 10 people from the original estimation, the planners fee will be adjusted accordingly.

The final decoration agreed can only be changed up to 2 months before the wedding day. This is due to the fact that many times there is the need to order additional items which will by then already be paid for.
